Role Overview

Chef – Brand New Concept for 2026! Above The Bay Bar & Kitchen. Full‑time and part‑time hours available. Live in option available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Head Chef / Sous Chef
  • Role model the company values: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • Produce food to the highest standard and follow food specifications
  • Adhere to all Food Safety and Policy Standards and maintain high hygiene standards
  • Assist in preparation of menu dishes, measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately
  • Handle deliveries and stock rotation

Experience / Skills Required

  • Chef experience
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Team player

Working Conditions

Seasonal role – must be able to work daytimes, weekends, holidays and some evenings. Live in available. Contract end dates vary between 7th September & 2nd November 2026.
