Key Responsibilities:
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
- Deliver great customer service while transporting our guests to local facilitates
- Greet all customers with exceptional service
- No cash handling as the service is complimentary for guests
- Drive the park shuttle bus or minibus on scheduled routes around the park and to nearby destinations as required
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers at all times
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle(s)
Experience/Skills Required:
- \’D\’ category driver’s license and valid CPC
- A \’can do\’ attitude and appetite to work as a team
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
