Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness.
  • Shifts are Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
  • From £12.30 per hour. Changes with minimum wage.
  • Provide information and make reservations for our various services on resort, which may include accommodation, events and restaurants.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
  • Provide accurate information to callers and guests regarding our services and products.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using industry specific software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a guest facing receptionist and administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with RMS and Elite Dynamics or similar software is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
