We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team on a seasonal, part‑time basis. The role involves contacting and following up on customer enquiries relating to caravan sales, with the aim of converting leads into appointments and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact inbound caravan sales enquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
  • Book appointments for the sales team and encourage site visits
  • Follow up on previous enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
  • Work towards weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the business positively
Skills & Experience
  • Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently
