Key Responsibilities
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
- Lead the front of house team to provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests
- Manage the team and deal with any customer enquiries escalated to you
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Up-sell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and a tidy and efficient restaurant and bars area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately
- Address guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
Experience/Skills Required
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payment transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Culinary knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
Seasonal Role must be available weekends, evenings and holidays, live in available - Contracted until 2nd November 2026.
