Key Responsibilities
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional guest service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Up-sell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and a tidy and efficient restaurant and bars area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately
- Address guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
Experience/Skills Required
- A positive, friendly and energetic person
- A 'can do' attitude
- Experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
- Seasonal role, must be available to work weekends and a variety of daytime and evening hours, live in option available - Contracted until 7th September 2026.
