  • Work as part of a team to provide exceptional guest service
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Up-sell menu items and promotions to increase sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and a tidy and efficient restaurant and bars area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately
  • Address guest feedback or complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

Experience / Skills Required

  • A positive, friendly and energetic person
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given

Seasonal role and contract details

  • Seasonal role, must be available to work weekends and a variety of daytime and evening hours, live in option available - Contracted until 7th September 2026.
