Overview

Solway ispart of the Cove UK family, a coastal holiday park in Cumbria, with one of the UK\'s most beautiful National Parks right on its doorstep, the Lake District.

Key Responsibilities

  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • Promote the park as the premier holiday destination it has become so widely known for
  • Building a successful team that delivers exceptional service
  • Coaching and developing team members to exceed our guest, commercial and lifestyle targets
  • Create an environment where our guests will want to return to time and time again
  • Work closely with the revenue and marketing team, promoting our premium accommodation and facilities both regionally and nationally

Experience/Skills Required

  • Able to work in afast paced and full-on environment
  • Experience in upmarket holiday accommodation
  • Customer service and management experience preferable
  • Experience in a role with focus on standards and revenue generation
