Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • Ensuring a safe, secure, and supervised environment for all guests and owners who visit the pool
  • Undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and performing water rescues when necessary
  • Providing excellent service, ensuring all guest questions and queries are managed efficiently and professionally
  • Following daily operational procedures, with the ability to action a team to respond if Emergency First Aid / Evacuation procedures are required
  • Ensuring all facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicating with guests, and following all NOP and EAP training to ensure the delivery of an excellent service

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years working in a busy pool environment (desirable)
  • All applicants must hold a valid NPLQ Qualification (Fully funded training is available to the right candidate)
  • Must be available to work at weekends and during the holidays
