What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Entertainment Manager, you\\\'ll develop and deliver a dynamic, family-friendly entertainment calendar that keeps guests engaged, excited, and coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee year-round entertainment, including:
  • Family shows
  • Themed events
  • Summer festivals, discos, workshops, and seasonal celebrations
  • Host shows, headline acts and guest activities as the face of the entertainment department
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 18–20 entertainers
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote events across social media, newsletters, and on-site channels
  • Build relationships with visiting acts and vendors
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the entertainment offering
  • Uphold the creative integrity of all performances through regular training and rehearsals
  • 3+ years’ experience in the entertainment industry
  • Proven team leadership and scheduling skills
  • Organised with strong time management
  • Creative mindset and a love for guest engagement
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays
  • Singing experience is a bonus (but not essential)
