Our approach includes development masterplanning, architecture, interior design, and construction to create landmark destinations. Our holistic techniques ensure meticulously designed public and private spaces that provide memorable experiences of modern Caribbean living.

We are hiring a Development Manager (Consultant) to lead on international investment sourcing and strategic development across the Caribbean, including a high-profile mixed-use luxury resort currently in motion in the region. This is a commercial leadership role ideal for someone with a strong real estate investment background and the ability to raise capital, structure deals, and guide development progress through financial, legal, and technical milestones. The role is open to candidates based in the UK, USA, or Caribbean, and involves remote work with some potential international travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Source, pitch, and close international investment into active development projects.
  • Lead investor relations, including pitch decks, data rooms, financial models, and investment packs.
  • Structure joint ventures or equity partnerships with aligned strategic capital partners.
  • Appraise new development and redevelopment opportunities across the Caribbean.
  • Manage site inspections, feasibility reviews, due diligence, and legal negotiations.
  • Review redundant real estate for repositioning potential and support strategic site acquisitions.
  • Oversee financial progress of developments from acquisition through to delivery.
  • Liaise with attorneys, consultants, and relevant agencies to manage risks and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs, timelines, and budget control while providing board-level reporting.
Experience:
  • 7+ years in real estate development, investment, or private equity.
  • Proven ability to raise and structure capital for property development or hospitality schemes.
  • Excellent financial modelling and commercial strategy skills.
  • Familiarity with mixed-use or resort developments; Caribbean or emerging market experience is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, confident communicator and experienced in handling high-level negotiations.
  • A strong existing real estate investment network.
  • Confidence working with senior decision-makers and project stakeholders.
  • An interest in architecture, placemaking, and sustainable tourism-led development (a bonus).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Architecture.
  • Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on real estate, investment, or development (preferred).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, CFA, PMP) are desirable but not essential.
