Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • Reporting into the Head Chef, you will have experience of working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced business
  • In the absence of the Head Chef, you will take on the responsibility of running the kitchen
  • Work with the Head Chef and all team members to ensure smooth running of work area
  • Carry out checks for allergies and advise on suitable products
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness for safe food preparation
  • Provide a safe and secure environment by adhering to the company Health & Safety and food safety policies ensuring all areas are compliant with audit requirements
  • Delivery of exceptional food standards as outlined in the menu specifications
  • Preparing ingredients, cooking meals and plating dishes as required throughout your shift according to guests’ requirements
  • Assisting the Head Chef in keeping the kitchen, stores and ancillary departments running smoothly during service

Experience/Skills Required:

  • We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who has previously worked in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills, be self‑motivated and organised
  • Have a passion for cooking to a high consistent standard
  • Have the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a 'can do' attitude, but most importantly, is passionate about hospitality
