Covalent Capital is a Debt Capital Markets data technology company. We create shared systems that deliver cost, process and information efficiency to the debt markets.

Our product, OMAS, is the fastest growing data and workflow infrastructure for the primary bond markets.

We are looking to expand our business development team in the United Kingdom. Candidates should possess relevant work experiences in the front office of financial services. The purpose of this role is to manage existing clients, as well as aid in the development of new institutional and corporate relationships.

The Job:

  • To establish new corporate and institutional relationships across the debt capital market industry in the UK and Europe.
  • Expand product and feature adoptions within primary debt markets.
  • Identify product feature requests and collaborate with key stakeholders across development teams.
  • Develop cutting edge market infrastructure that will be the mainstay across debt capital markets in the subsequent decades.

The Qualities:

  • Energetic, self-motivated and team-oriented individual who thrives on challenges in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience within credit markets, financial services sales or syndication/DCM roles within the industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to drive and implement strategies to deliver business goals.
