Join us as a Market Lead in Coutts Wealth’s International team for the Americas market. We’re looking for someone to act as a figurehead in the market and provide outstanding leadership across a client-facing team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the team’s growth, profile and performance, setting stretching objectives and implementing a client‑focused operating rhythm.
- Drive high performance across the team by providing coaching and development to direct reports, ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients.
- Develop and implement a market strategy, including the delivery of an effective operating rhythm that covers all areas of the balanced business scorecard.
- Deliver agreed activity and targets across the team, creating an exceptional client experience through feedback, research and insights.
- Develop and acquire new relationships to help the team reach its targets, and act as an ambassador both internally and externally for the market.
- Own, manage and supervise the risks in your business area, ensuring mechanisms are in place to identify, report, manage and mitigate risk within a defined risk appetite.
