Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind.
- Educate customers on different banking options and support them in choosing options that work best for them.
- Detail-orientated individual to complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless experience.
- This role is being offered for a period of 12 months.
- Office first job; time will be spent on site working at our office, 440 The Strand.
What You’ll Do
- Apply your customer service expertise when dealing with and referring customer queries.
- Exceed customer expectations through quality and timeliness of service and by providing an excellent experience at the first point of contact.
You’ll Also Be
- Responsible for providing a friendly, professional and welcoming experience to assist clients who arrive for meetings.
- Using your expertise to provide excellent client service to handle a range of banking requests and transactions, including large encashments, foreign exchange and Safe Custody.
- Improve processes and procedures to maximise client satisfaction and efficiency.
The Skills You’ll Need
- Experience of delivering outstanding customer service, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience of working in the financial service industry and delivering to deadlines.
- Able to creatively solve problems while supporting our clients and your team.
We’re Also Looking For You To Demonstrate
- Knowledge and experience of working in a frontline job in Financial Services.
- The ability to prioritise work and achieve quality results while maintaining high levels of detail.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- A working knowledge of Avaloq is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of regulation and compliance, including data protection, money laundering and the FCA.
