We’re looking for an analytical thinker who can research insights, execute testing strategies and validate customer training materials. You’ll be making sure appropriate data is collected to generate insights that will be used to design and develop our products. This is an opportunity for you to make your mark on the future of the products and services we offer. This role will be available until 31st December.
What you'll do:
- Deliver new and enhanced products across all categories while keeping an eye on regulation and legislative requirements.
- Lead the department’s input to our change initiatives and projects or execute the implementation of key products.
- Conduct root cause analysis to mitigate against the reoccurrence of known product risks.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the customer experience.
- Drive the improvement of product processes, leadership and support for the resolution of any incidents.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, implementing changes, improving efficiency and driving down costs.
- Generate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
