Customer Service Officer, Premier Banking

Join us as a Customer Service Officer in Premier Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to Premier customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times.
  • Educate customers on different banking options and support them in choosing the best solutions.
  • Handle inbound calls regarding payments, banking queries, product information, and booking relationship manager appointments.
  • Take full ownership of calls, solve customer queries, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain relationships with colleagues to support customers and align with business objectives.
  • Identify complaints and errors quickly and restore the customer relationship fully.
  • Improve processes and procedures to maximise customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high levels of detail.
  • Commitment to go the extra mile for customers and provide a truly personal service.
  • Enthusiasm for developing new skills and taking on new responsibilities.
  • Good technology skills with the ability to multitask while talking to customers.

Working Hours & Conditions

  • 35 hours over 5 days, between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.
  • Rotating shift pattern, including 3 weekend shifts per 12‑week period (Saturday or Sunday).
  • After a 6‑month probationary period, required to work 1 day a week in the office.
  • Comprehensive training programme and ongoing coaching and support for career development.
