Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
- Building rapport and trust with private banking customers and providing a seamless and positive experience.
- Working in a supportive environment, advancing personal and career development.
- Being flexible to work a rotating shift pattern.
- Working mainly from home after training, with a minimum of one day per week at the Manchester office.
- Handling customer queries promptly and referring to other teams where necessary.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
- Accurately completing processes and procedures.
- Taking correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes, regularly reviewing their needs.
- Dealing with customer queries in full and on time.
- Updating customer information to maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Experience
