Branch Manager in Rosyth

Role As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy plumbing & heating merchant, helping to drive sales, manage operations, and lead the team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the branch delivers excellent customer service, strong sales performance, and efficient operations. You will directly manage a team of 5 and an annual turnover for approximately £3,000,0000. The branch has an excellent trade counter presence with lots of collections. Key Responsibilities * Day to day running branch operations * Drive sales, margin, and profitability in line with targets * Build and maintain relationships with local trade customers, contractors, and suppliers * Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team * Manage stock control, purchasing, and inventory accuracy * Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and branch targets * Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures What We’re Looking For * Experience in a plumbing & heating merchant or builders merchant * Strong sales and customer service skills * Proven team leadership or supervisory experience * Good knowledge of plumbing/heating products * Commercial awareness (margin, pricing, targets) * Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
