I am recruiting for an Internal Sales opportunity with an established independent business operating within the Plumbing & Heating sector. The Role * Internal Sales / Sales Support * Handling inbound sales enquiries * Processing customer orders * Preparing and following up quotations * Providing product advice and technical support * Managing customer requirements from enquiry through to order * Building strong customer relationships * Liaising with customers across the sector * Working closely with the wider branch and sales team * Developing knowledge across Plumbing & Heating and building services products * Providing a high level of customer service The Company * Established independent merchant * Strong presence within the commercial building services market * Broad product portfolio covering heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and renewables * Established customer base and branch network * Excellent opportunity for career development and progression The Person * Previous sales, internal sales or customer service experience * Confident communicating with customers * Strong telephone and communication skills * Customer-focused and commercially aware * Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries * Comfortable working within a busy sales environment * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop * Good attention to detail * Sales-driven and personable Package * Annual bonus * Monday – Friday * Full product training * Established team environment * Long-term career opportunity
