A market-leading manufacturer within the construction sector is seeking a Project Sales Manager to join its specialist refurbishment division. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected brand that delivers innovative solutions for the repair, protection and strengthening of critical infrastructure projects across the London / South East.
The role focuses on developing specifications and driving projects from concept through to completion, working closely with architects, consultants, structural engineers and major contractors.
Projects include:
- Highways and bridges
- Rail infrastructure
- Tunnels
- Airports
- Car parks
- Harbours and ports
- Major commercial refurbishment schemes
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and influencing product specifications with architects, consultants and engineering practices
- Managing projects through the full sales cycle from specification to installation
- Building relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key decision-makers
- Delivering technical presentations and CPD seminars
- Identifying and developing new project opportunities across the region
- Working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Driving specification sales growth across London and the South East

- Building materials / Construction chemicals
