As Export Manager, you will oversee the global export of the company's manufactured construction chemicals, with a focus on expanding into new markets. Responsibilities include managing logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade laws, and nurturing distributor relationships. Your role aims to enhance the company's brand with developers, consultants, contractors, and applicators through online training sessions, alongside optimizing pricing to drive business growth and profitability.
This is a home-based role and offers flexibility as working hours can vary due to differing time zones. The company manufactures and sells a range of Screed, Epoxy Resin, Sports Coatings (paints), Concrete Repair & Resin / Ind Flooring. The big focus of your time will be USA, Europe & some parts of Asia – a lot of emailing, pricing, drafting proposals, negotiating pricing with all customers globally. There will be a lot of technical support internally to assist you or for you to pass enquiries across to.

The company specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative construction materials, and offers one of the most extensive product ranges on the market.
My client is looking for an individual with export experience, someone who can demonstrate extensive experience in sales and marketing in the construction industry. You will ideally be proficient in corporate communications, skilled in negotiating and highlighting USP’s against competitors. You need to possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Excellent organizational and management skills applicable to both on-paper work and hands-on experience are essential. This role is purely remote and allows a huge amount of flexibility. As an individual, you need to be intellectual, engaging, articulate, and a very good communicator.
