Join a market-leading provider of modular and building space solutions, selling and renting innovative temporary and permanent buildings ranging from warehouses to sports facilities. The company delivers a full turnkey service including planning, groundworks, drawings and installation.
You’ll be targeting Tier 1 contractors such as Kier Group and Bowmer & Kirkland, building new business relationships and developing a strong pipeline. This is a consultative, solution-led sales role that combines office-based work in the West Midlands with time on the road, researching target accounts, identifying opportunities across multiple sites, and driving high-value projects through to completion.
My client specialises in low-cost, quick-build buildings for rental or purchase, working across sectors including sports, education, warehousing and logistics.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling into Tier 1 contractors, with backgrounds in cabins, plant hire or heavyside materials such as timber or bricks all of interest. Product knowledge can be taught; the key attributes are self-motivation, relationship-building ability and a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
