The Company
Our client is one of the UKβs leading suppliers within the plumbing, heating and sanitaryware sector. With an extensive national branch network, a strong reputation built over many years and the backing of a major international group, they continue to invest heavily in growth and are expanding their commercial sales team.
Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint several Key Account Managers to drive business across the London market.
The Role
Reporting to the Area Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing key customer relationships across London
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with key M&E contractors and Tier 1 contractors.
- Promoting a comprehensive portfolio of plumbing, heating and sanitaryware products.
- Working collaboratively with key branch teams to maximise opportunities.
- Building relationships with major project stakeholders and decision makers.
- Identifying new business opportunities whilst growing existing accounts.
- Delivering profitable sales growth across your territory.
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience selling to M&E contractors, main contractors or key commercial accounts.
- A proven track record within the plumbing, heating or merchant sector
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to influence key decision makers across multiple levels.
- A driven, proactive approach with a desire to develop long-term customer partnerships.
