You will be looking after the bathrooms section of this busy plumbers merchant. This branch has an extremely busy showroom, and you will work closely with suppliers and build relationships within the branch with contractors and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of a retail showroom, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the sales team, maintaining product displays, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing sales performance.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Coaching and developing sales staff through regular feedback and training.
- Monitoring individual sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
