A market-leading manufacturer within the commercial HVAC and ventilation sector is looking to appoint an experienced Regional Specification Manager to develop and grow specifications across the East Midlands / South Yorkshire Region. This is a strategic, technically focused role, working closely with M&E Consultants, Local Authorities and design teams, influencing projects at the early stages and securing product specifications across major commercial developments.
The Role
- Promote a full range of commercial ventilation solutions, including:
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- MVHR systems
- Roof, smoke and twin fans
- Controls and associated products
The Person
- Proven experience selling to M&E Consultants, or currently/previously an M&E Consultant looking to move into sales
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC / ventilation systems
- Commercially astute, confident and proactive in opening doors
- Motivated by performance and financial reward
- Professional, credible communicator with real presence in front of consultants
- Backgrounds from HVAC, Commercial Plumbing & Heating also considered
The Package
- Uncapped commission for over-target performance
- Company car (pool car initially, electric/hybrid after probation) or car allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Territory covering key counties across Yorkshire, Midlands and surrounding regions.
