This role is working for a leading supplier of Bathrooms who are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. This role is heavily focused around management and coaching of a sales team to motivate, encourage and drive business forward. You will be responsible for a Multi-Million pound region which is performing very well and has a very established sales team.
Other key parts of the role include managing Key Accounts which in total equal over £3m. The area covered is the M4 Corridor, from Kent to Cornwall.
My client is looking for an individual with a proven track record in increasing business and having a forward-thinking mindset. The successful individual will currently be in a National Account position or managing a team.
