Rainscreen Cladding – Specification Sales Manager
Role
You’ll take ownership of a defined region across the South East, with particular emphasis on the M25 corridor. Key responsibilities include:
Winning specifications with architects and following projects through the main and sub-contractor process
Selling a premium range of aluminium, stone, glass, ceramic, and terracotta rainscreen cladding systems
Working a mix of warm leads and new business development
Managing complex, long-cycle sales with multiple stakeholders
While the role is specification-led, there is flexibility to focus on contractor relationships if that suits your background.

We’re working with a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturer of high-end rainscreen cladding systems. With backing from a long-established European parent company, the business is investing heavily in UK growth and now seeks a driven Specification Sales Manager or BDM to join their team.
This role is pivotal to future expansion, offering excellent scope to make an impact and benefit from success through a generous bonus structure.
What You’ll Bring
Strong background in rainscreen cladding, façade, or curtain walling
Proven track record in project-based sales
Specification sales experience is highly desirable
Commercially driven, tenacious, and self-motivated
Flexible on age or experience level – attitude and capability are key
South East (including M25 focus
Basic Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
OTE: £100k+ achievable
Car Allowance: £500 – £600/month
Bonus: 2% of revenue (paid quarterly) + Company performance-based bonus
Holidays: 24 days + stats
Pension: 5% contribution
Private Healthcare Provided
