The Opportunity
A market-leading manufacturer within the construction sector is seeking a Project Sales Manager to join its specialist refurbishment division. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected brand that delivers innovative solutions for the repair, protection and strengthening of critical infrastructure projects across the UK.
The role focuses on developing specifications and driving projects from concept through to completion, working closely with architects, consultants, structural engineers and major contractors.
Projects include:
- Highways and bridges
- Rail infrastructure
- Airports
- Car parks
- Harbours and ports
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and influencing product specifications with architects, consultants and engineering practices
- Managing projects through the full sales cycle from specification to installation
- Building relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key decision-makers
- Delivering technical presentations and CPD seminars
- Identifying and developing new project opportunities across the region
- Working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Driving specification sales growth across London and the South East
The Candidate
We are open to individuals from a variety of construction-related backgrounds. Suitable backgrounds may include:
- Building materials
- Drainage systems
- Sealants and adhesives
- Structural products
- Infrastructure solutions

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
