We are seeking a proactive and influential Key Account Manager to drive growth within the New Build housing sector across the South East. You will be focused on promoting the market‐leading Air Source Heat Pumps and Renewable Technology. You will work closely with National and Regional Housebuilders, Developers, and approved Plumbing Contractors to secure specification and grow market share. The region you will manage includes North London, Essex, Herts, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Norfolk.

As the key point of contact for developers and their subcontract installers, you will support them daily, ensure confidence in the product range, and help manage projects all the way through to merchant partners. This is a high‐value region, currently delivering £10m+ turnover, with strong potential for expansion.

About You:

  • Proven track record in sales within the heating, HVAC, or new build sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the housebuilder market and plumbing contractor network (advantageous).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence specification, and track pipeline projects.
