This exciting opportunity is with a bespoke manufacturer of SIP Systems (Structural Insulated Panels) for internal and external walls. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities across London and the Southern Home Counties, with inheritance of existing business and key accounts across the South East region. The systems are delivered directly to site, offering a quick installation process that is energy efficient and cost effective. Key clients include Local Authorities and Housing Associations, along with their main contractors, and there is a smaller focus on regional and specialist housebuilders/developers.
An innovative, UK-based construction technology company that designs, manufactures, and installs a modern method of construction (MMC) system. Using a proprietary high-performance SIP panel system, they help developers and main contractors deliver sustainable, precision engineered, energy-efficient homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and their relevant Main Contractors, with a strong understanding of the new build process. While the product background is flexible, experience in RCI (Roof, Cladding & Insulation), Timber Frame, or other MMC sectors would be highly advantageous. You must be commercially driven, structured, and proactive in generating new business opportunities, as there are limited existing accounts to manage.
