As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and specification, supplying a full range of commercial valves up to 300mm in diameter. You will manage activity across the South West, South Wales, and along the M4 corridor into West London and Hampshire. 70% of your time will focus on M&E Contractors – developing relationships, influencing specifications, and managing key projects from inception to completion. The remaining 30% will involve working strategically with distributors such as BSS, Pipe Center, Smith Bros Stores, and Ashworth, engaging with Key Account Managers and Branch Managers (not counter or leaflet-level work). You'll focus on protecting and breaking specifications, identifying new project opportunities, and increasing market share in a competitive commercial HVAC environment.
