We are working with a market-leading manufacturer within the interiors sector, supplying high-quality kitchen, bedroom and bathroom solutions into the UK construction market. Due to growth and restructure, they are looking to appoint two National Client Managers to cover the South East / Anglia and West Midlands regions.
The Role
This is a field-based, client-facing position focused on developing and securing specifications within the social housing and new-build sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Securing specifications for new-build residential projects
- Managing and developing relationships with housing associations, local authorities, and developers
- Working with both new and existing clients to grow market share
- Supporting refurbishment projects, selling directly to contractors
- Managing projects through from specification to handover
The role is heavily focused on kitchens (circa 95%), with some involvement in bedrooms and bathrooms.
About You
We are looking for a driven, commercially focused individual with strong relationship-building skills. Ideal background:
- Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms, or KBB products
- Exposure to social housing, developers, or contractors
- Strong organisational and account management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and develop a territory
For the Northern Counties / East Anglia role, candidates should be able to hit the ground running. For the South Wales / West Midlands role, there is also scope to consider a more junior candidate (e.g. a kitchen designer looking to step into field sales).
Quarterly bonus (performance-based) + additional annual bonus
