This exciting position is focused on selling a range of specialist Concrete Building Products into major projects. You’ll be dealing with Tier 1 Contractors, Utilities, Consulting Engineers and Sub Contractors, getting involved from the early stages of a project through to completion.

The projects are large-scale UK developments across areas such as commercial, transport, energy and general infrastructure. This is a growth role within a division that is performing well, so there is plenty of opportunity to grow existing accounts as well as bring in new business. This is a National position and the location can be flexible for the right candidate (Scotland is not covered in this role).

The business is a well-established UK manufacturer and supplier of specialist products to the infrastructure and construction sectors. They have a good reputation in the market for their technical knowledge, quality products and service, with their products being used on major projects across the UK.

You’ll need a background in technical sales, specification sales or business development within infrastructure, power, utilities or related construction products. Experience in areas such as civils, drainage, utilities or other products sold into major infrastructure projects would work well. You could be selling through main contractors, consultants, developers or other routes to markets involved in major projects. You’ll need to be comfortable with technical sales, project-based selling, building relationships and travelling regularly.
