An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial doors. We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Project Sales Manager to develop business across a well-established territory of Southern UK, managing major construction projects from specification through to completion.

The Role

This is a project‑led sales position focused on securing specifications and winning business on major new‑build industrial and commercial developments. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking projects from an early stage, engaging with key decision‑makers and ensuring products are specified and ultimately secured through the construction process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high‑value territory with significant growth potential.
  • Developing relationships with major contractors, commercial developers and architects.
  • Tracking and targeting projects through Barbour ABI, Glenigan and other market intelligence platforms.
  • Securing specifications and driving projects through to order stage.
  • Working closely with contractors, developers, architects and specialist distribution partners.
  • Creating and executing strategic project plans to maximise opportunities.
  • Maintaining a strong project pipeline across industrial warehouse and commercial building developments.
  • Delivering sales growth and market share gains across the region.
