Role: Due to expansion, this crucial new role will give the successful individual responsibility for selling the company's range of cementitious and resin-based flooring systems – everything from polyurethane concrete, primers, additives, finishing, epoxy mortars, parking deck systems, bonding agents, repair epoxies, sealants and joint fillers. These products and specifications are predominantly used in industrial and commercial applications, such as catering, car parks and hospitals mainly. This role will be selling full cycle, creating demand with Civil Engineers, Main Contractors as well as specialist sub-contractors. A tiny part of the role will include back selling through specialist distributors. Generating and breaking specifications is a big part of the position. The company are keen to employ the right person with the right background therefore they are flexible on where successful candidates can be located as long as it's close to a Major City.

Person: My client is really keen to talk to individuals who have proven experience within the industrial flooring sector – ideally resin flooring but they will also consider cementitious flooring including screeding. You could come from a Manufacturing, Contracting or Distribution background. If you have sold a product closely associated such as concrete admixtures then also please get in touch.
