This position is working for an established and successful manufacturer within the heating sector selling a range of radiators and towel warmers. They are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to promote their leading brands across the East and West Midlands region. This role focuses primarily on merchant sales, working with a strong base of independent and national merchants including key buying groups (UKPS, Fortis, MKM and many more). The area is performing exceptionally well, generating over £3 million in turnover.

Person: The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within the merchant sector, particularly with independent and buying group customers. Experience from plumbing & heating or bathroom sectors is preferred, though other relevant backgrounds may be considered. Personality fit is key as the successful candidate will work closely with a supportive and approachable manager who values trust, collaboration, and a down-to-earth approach.
