My client is a leading Plumbing & Heating merchant based in Derby. You will help manage and support the day-to-day operation and strategic growth. Annual turnover is £1.5 million and 3 staff. You will have daily interaction with plumbers, installers, engineers, and bathroom fitters. The focus will be on improving sales performance, profitability, operational efficiency, stock management, customer service, and team development, while ensuring the branch meets its commercial objectives and delivers excellent service to its customers.

The brands you will sell include Adey, Fernox, Scalemaster, Ideal, Wilo, Arctic, Ideal Standard, Bristan, BWT, Rothenberger.

Working hours: 07.30am - 5pm.

The company has an excellent name locally.

You will have some form of merchant background and live close by to the branch (10 - 15 miles). You could work for a national or an independent merchant currently; you will need to understand how a merchant operates.
