A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established bathroom manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and design. With exciting growth plans across the UK market, the company is looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Area Sales Manager to manage and develop the North of England region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, developing new business opportunities and growing market share within the bathroom sector.

The Role

Reporting into the senior sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing an established territory across the North West & Yorkshire Region. The successful candidate will focus on increasing sales performance, strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Sales within Merchants / Retailer / Showrooms
  • Managing and developing existing customer accounts
  • Increasing sales across a premium bathroom product portfolio
  • Delivering product training and support to customers
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Growing showroom display presence across the region
  • Maintaining CRM records and sales reporting
  • Attending sales meetings and industry exhibitions when required
  • Managing your own diary and territory plan effectively

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience within the bathroom, interiors or KBB sector and a strong track record in field sales. You will possess:

  • Experience selling mid to high-end bathroom products
  • Relationships within Merchants / Retail
  • Strong territory management and account development skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage a large territory

Package

Basic salary £45,000, Plug In Hybrid company car, Laptop, mobile phone and full business expenses, 25 days holiday.
