Role
As Specification Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from architectural specification through to contractor engagement and merchant distribution. You’ll become the go-to advisor in your region for a stunning, feature-rich cladding range known for:
- Weather resistance & durability
- Easy installation
Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning specifications with Architects, delivering CPDs and providing technical support
- Building strong relationships with National & Regional Housebuilders
- Managing project pipelines from design to delivery
- Working closely with Installers / Contractors to ensure smooth supply chain execution
- Driving sales through major distributors/merchants: SIG, International Timber, Vivalda, Jewson, AW Lumb, etc.
- The region you will manage is the North East, Yorkshire and the East Midlands. This region has lots of potential for growth.

- OR experience with manufacturers selling into Installers / Contractors / Merchants
- Strong relationships across the supply chain
- A technical mindset with the ability to present CPDs and win trust at all stages of the build process
