Courtman & Co is a leading property management company specialising in lock-up garage sites across London and the South. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team on a self-employed basis.
- Location: Reading Area
- Rate: £25/hour (self-employed)
- Schedule: Flexible, with 5 days/week available
- Tools/Insurance: Own tools and Public Liability Insurance required
- Driving Licence: Essential
- Office Visit: Bi-weekly in Reading (RG2) to collect/drop off keys/materials
- Van: May be provided for the right candidate
Role Overview: You will carry out day-to-day maintenance across our garage sites — including minor repairs, concreting, hedge trimming, lock changes, waste clearance and basic roofing/guttering works. Jobs are scheduled via tablet and reported back with photos and notes.
