Courtman & Co is a leading property management company specialising in lock-up garage sites across London and the South. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team on a self-employed basis.

- Location: Ideally based near Luton (covering North London, Hertfordshire & surrounds).
- Rate: £25/hour (self-employed).
- Schedule: Flexible, with 5 days/week available.
- Tools/Insurance: Own tools and Public Liability Insurance required.

Role Overview
You’ll carry out day-to-day maintenance across our garage sites — including minor repairs, concreting, hedge trimming, lock changes, waste clearance and basic roofing/guttering works. Jobs are scheduled via tablet and reported back with photos and notes.
