Purpose of the Role: We are looking to appoint a full-time mobile Maintenance Operative to assist with the day-to-day repair and upkeep of our portfolio of garage sites. The successful candidate will work largely independently to carry out a broad range of general maintenance tasks across Southern England and Greater London, with support from our Head Office team. This is a practical, hands-on, field-based role, suitable for someone with general trade skills, a professional attitude, self-motivation and a willingness to travel as required to our garage sites, as well as attend our Reading-based office daily to collect a company van, equipment and work details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide variety of general maintenance activities including repair and upkeep of garage doors/frames, patching concrete and other minor surface repairs, guttering and basic roof clearance.
