An exciting opportunity has arrived to join our 5 star property at The Courthouse Hotel, Shoreditch. We are currently recruiting for experienced Maintenance Engineers to join the team.
Job duties:
- Ensuring we exceed the expectations of our guests, responding efficiently for the repair of all guest rooms, public and service areas of the hotel to ensure they are well maintained.
- Responsible for all statutory checks and PMC within the plant rooms, bedrooms and public areas.
- Conducting the general repairs of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, and plumbing, decorative works such as domestic painting, tiling etc.
- Ensuring that all works are completed on schedule, within department budget and compliant with standards and safety regulations.
- Carrying out routine Engineering building checks with specific attention on defective or deficient life safety features.
- To follow Fire Safety Regulations.
