You will be a part of the Growth Team, playing a hands-on role across the full sales cycle, from the first product demo, all the way through to pilot kick-off and client roll-out. You will be working directly with senior leadership, getting real exposure to commercial strategy, client relationships, and cutting-edge AI technology from day one.

You are curious, adaptable, and interested in how technology can improve business processes. We’re looking for someone who has energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI and what it can do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all stages of the sales cycle, from initial product demos through to delivery and full client roll-out.
  • Create bespoke sales materials tailored to individual clients, including financial models, slide decks, and order forms.
  • Work with the wider growth team to identify, research, and target new prospective clients for the pipeline.
  • Contribute to product customisation based on client requirements and feedback.
  • Collaborate across teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of sales or commercial experience preferred, though not essential; strong graduates and career starters are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for technology and AI, with some hands-on experience using AI tools (prompt engineering experience is a plus).
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to requirements and work across the sales cycle with the growth team.
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
