The Role
Act on Court of Protection matters for clients with catastrophic injuries, including brain injury, spinal injury, and other life-changing conditions.
- Manage financial, welfare, and property decisions for incapacitated clients
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members where appropriate
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management
The Candidate
- A qualified solicitor with significant Court of Protection experience at partner level
- Experience in catastrophic injury, brain injury, or serious personal injury cases
- Commercially minded, confident in client management and business development
- Able to work collaboratively with other partners and across the wider firm
