A London based international law firm is seeking a senior lawyer with genuine Central Asia market presence to join its expanding Energy & Projects team.

We are particularly interested in individuals who are well‑connected, recognised, and trusted across the region — able to bring established relationships with ministries, SOEs, IOCs, DFIs or ECAs into a sophisticated London platform.

The firm already advises on a range of Central Asia‑linked mandates, including: Energy and infrastructure projects involving state entities and NOCs Cross‑border commercial and regulatory matters Disputes and arbitration with regional sovereign elements Project development and financing work with international lenders and DFIs This is not a greenfield initiative — the practice is actively building out its Central Asia capability, with growing client demand and strong partner support.

If you have advised on energy, oil & gas, LNG, petrochemicals, infrastructure, PPP/IPP, project development, project finance or cross‑border disputes involving Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan or regional SOEs/ministries, we’d welcome a confidential conversation.

You will have the opportunity to: Lead high‑value mandates with IOCs, NOCs, SOEs and DFIs Leverage your existing Central Asia relationships within a platform investing heavily in the region Shape and grow a dedicated Central Asia practice with full partner backing Step into a role offering immediate client engagement and clear partnership visibility Build a frontier‑market practice where Central Asia is a strategic priority Open to Senior Associates ready for partnership and existing Partners with a credible regional network.

All approaches handled with absolute discretion.
