Our client is a mid-sized U.S. law firm which is seeking an Associate with 1–3 years’ post‑qualification experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions team in London. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high‑value corporate transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.
