The company is involved in multiple business strategies including property and asset management, equities trading, private equity and biotechnology and technology startups. They are seeking to appoint an accomplished lawyer to join its London office. The Role
The successful candidate will provide in‑house legal support across a diverse portfolio of commercial interests. The work is broad, fast‑paced, and intellectually stimulating, spanning:
- Corporate and commercial advisory
- Property matters, with a particular focus on residential and commercial leasehold issues
- Offshore structures, including BVI and other jurisdictions
- General litigation, dispute management, and oversight of external counsel
