Our client is a mid-sized U.S. law firm which is seeking an Associate with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions team in London. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-value corporate transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Corporate restructurings and recapitalisations
  • Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
  • Cross-border transactions and auctions
  • Takeovers and equity capital markets transactions
  • Private equity and venture capital investments

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • 1–3 years’ PQE in mergers & acquisitions
  • Admission as a solicitor in England & Wales, or the ability to practise without sponsorship

  • Strong academic credentials and a commitment to high-quality work
  • Experience gained in an international law firm
